Tattooer and owner of tattoo shop NASzA - Przestrzeń Kosmiczna
Painter, tattoo artist, traveler, prospector.
All the paintings and tattoos are of my creation.
My name is Asia, but, not to be confused with a continent, I go by "Jo"
I graduated from Fine Arts, wanted to be a jeweller, then a film director, became a tattoo artist. Not how I planned it, rather where the creative flow took me. Let's say I chose passion over sense.
I was 17 and I got a job in a tattoo parlour, then another one, then another. 3 years into working for others, I decided to start my own parlour in an old railway station out of all the places. We created it out of a pile of rabble. Me and a team of builders created something out of nothing in 3 months. I planted flowers on top of unfixable imperfections.
Together, we created Nasza.
2. HOW DOES THE DEPOSIT WORK?
The deposit is a fee that helps ensure both sides respect the session date. It is paid by PayPal or bank transfer up to a week upon finalizing the session details, and is non-refundable if the client misses the session. If the artist agrees, the session date can be changed. The bank transfer payment confirmation should be sent to
3. HOW DOES THE DESIGN WORK?
I show the design in the session day. I’m flexible, so we can make some changes and work on it together.
4. CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO THE SESSION?
Yes, but the requirement is that the accompanying person brings cat or dog food for shelter animals or throws some cash to Open Cages box. One client can bring only one friend, as we have no capacity for more people in the studio.
5. DO I HAVE TO BE 18 TO GET A TATTOO?
Yes, we only tattoo adults or people over 16 with their parents supervision. In the second case, we require ID for both people.
6. HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE TATTOO?
After the session, the tattoo artist will apply a dressing which should be removed the next day in the morning and the tattoo washed with water with unperfumed soap or intimate hygiene liquid.
Then apply a thin layer of cream (available in the pharmacy or directly in the studio) on the tattoo and wrap it with a fresh piece of plastic wrap. We do this around three times a day for two days.
After two days, apply just only the cream (without foil) until completely healed. Remember that the cream layer must be thin so that the skin can breathe freely. After the healing time, we recommend moisturizing and caring for the tattoo with natural oils (coconut oil, shea, macadamia, etc.). In the summer using sun protection with the highest available filter of good quality. In our studio, tattoos are made in various styles, so the healing will be different for everyone. The tattoo artist will always provide the necessary tips on the healing process and subsequent care.
Additional info: we don’t wear shoes in the studio and we would like to ask the same of you :) We have a wide selection of slippers for you!
